•The Program, Product, or Services were a small-dollar offer not exceeding the amount of $27 dollars.

•A Program, Product, or Service that was purchased more than thirty-one (31) days from receipt;

•The supply of the Program, Product, or Services were made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

•The supply of the Program, Product, or Service was a done-for-you service exceeding the amount of $27 dollars.
